Like an artist

A big hello to all of you out there.

Some things have happened since my last blog post, actually good things. It is a new year and now in February, the new year feels like a brand new phase in my life. It’s something that leads life for the better, and who doesn’t like that? The snow has come back to us again which makes the surroundings more powerful, but of course, it's not fun to drive a car on a slippery road, but for most of us, there is not any choice. We have to drive on slippery roads every day, to work in the morning, and when we are towards home in the afternoon. If we ignore all negative things with the ice, I have longed for snow because this winter, it has been many periods without snow, so in a way, I think that the snow is needed because I think that nature needs some recovery before we get a long period of higher temperatures and heat.

I am glad to tell you that I won the semifinal in my municipality, Stockholm (Many municipalities have their semifinals). Soon, in April, it’s time for me to depart in the national semi-final on Funkisfestivalen, and I am so thankful for that because it gives me something that can be explained as a ''creative boost’’ or something like that. In a way, it feels that new ways are going to be opened for me, for my creative work and it means a lot to me. Now they have yelled that I will participate in the semi-final that is on the 25th of April, and I have to tell you all that

My last exhibition has been finished, and I can tell you that it went well. I sold nearly the half of all my photo prints so I am very satisfied with the result. I didn't think that it should be the result that it became. I don’t know when my next exhibition is, but it can be something before the summer, who knows? It depends on the time that I have many things that have happened in my life right now.

During the last few days, we have got a lot of snow, and that is not an exaggeration. It became around seventy centimetres of snow, so we have got to shovel a lot of snow. I can’t remember when we got a lot of snow like this. Now the village is like a Winterland. Anyway, this is a good sign that the winter is not over.
